I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email) that you used when you registered. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at n.r.litvinova@gmail.com.

My purchase isn't being recognized.

First, try restoring purchases: go to the app's Settings or Profile screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used during the original purchase. If the problem continues, please contact us with your order ID or receipt and we'll resolve it manually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. We don't have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf, but we're happy to help with any billing questions.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, visit the Google Play Help Center. If you have a special situation, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at n.r.litvinova@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

The app crashes or isn't working properly.

Please try: (1) closing and reopening the app, (2) checking for updates in the App Store or Google Play, (3) restarting your device. If the issue persists, please describe what happened and your device model and OS version when writing to us — this helps us fix the issue faster.
